Abstract

A dynamic mechanical spectroscopy equipment will be purchased to study characterization of fluid, semi-solid, bulk materials, including polymer melts, liquid crystals, latex polymers, elastomers, plastics and other polymer combinations. The work will study sound and vibration damping in polymeric materials.//
