Funds will be used to partially support travel for U. S. participants to the 1990 IEEE International Workshop on Information Theory. The workshop will be held at the Congresfacility Koningshof in Veldhoven, The Netherlands, on June 10-15, 1990. Priority for the supplemental travel awards will be given to junior researchers or to plenary speakers who would otherwise be unable to attend the workshop.
