The User Services Area provides an international forum for people interested in all levels of user services to identify and initiate projects designed to improve the quality of information available to users of the Internet. The Area Director plans trips to London for RARE meetings to Amsterdam for RIPE meetings, and to Singapore for the INET '95 conference. Trip reports are published in the Internet Monthly Report.
