The Bradley University requests support from NSF to connect five Illinois institutions of higher education to the Internet. These include: St. Augustine College, Chicago, Kendall College, Evanston, Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Chicago, Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, and MacCormac College, Chicago. This grant will be used to help the institutions get access to the Internet. CICNet, a regional network service provider in Illinois, will provided the the lines used to access to the Internet. The Illinois institutions needs the Internet connection to be able to access information resources throughout the state, the nation and the world. The connection will benefit the faculty, staff students of these institutions as well as the community in general.
