This award provides funds to help establish a core laboratory for DNA structure analysis to support automated DNA sequencing and synthesis for a large, multidisciplinary group of investigators in the Department of Basic and Clinical Research of the Research Institute of the Scripps Clinic. The laboratory will also serve as a shared resource for development and acquisition of new technologies and instrumentation. The investigators are engaged in meritorious research, are produ ctive, and are well.funded.
