Wesleyan University seeks to provide a Young Scholars program for five weeks for 60 students from five of the largest cities in Connecticut. the interdisciplinary program in science and mathematics is a summer residential program with follow-up activities during the academic year. The talented and predominately minority students in the ninth and tenth grades selected for the program will be provided with hands-on experiences in mathematics and science and research experiences with distinguished senior faculty members from Wesleyan University.
