The program management team is responsible for recruiting, selection of recipients, and monitoring the progress of scholars. The institution uses existing support services and in addition to those services, orientation, retention, and placement workshops are offered to the student participants. Evaluation activities include the measurement and comparison of: program outcomes with program objectives; program outcomes with those of an institutional cohort; and placement rates and salaries with those of an institutional cohort. An assessment instrument is used to measure student satisfaction levels with the project.
