This award is to provide travel funds for two distinguished academic researchers to present papers in the session on "Security for Future Network Communications," November 15-18, 1987. The PI is chairing the session, and will make the selection of the two academic researchers from a list of candidates. The session will cover topics important to U.S. technology and commerce, including: protecting communications on radio, wire, and fiber media; security in multipoint communications; speech security; secure electronics transactions; new security services; protecting subscribers personal information; and security of call-in databases.
