Abstract

This grant will provide travel funds, primarily for graduate students and junior faculty, to attend the 1988 Solid-State Sensor Workshop, from June 6-9, 1988. This workshop is a key event in the field of sensors and actuators, and this grant will enable an important contingent of researchers to attend.
