This requested fNSF grant and the New Jersey Institute of Technology's matching funds will be used to purchase equipment for the research of monolithic GaAs multiple quantum well image sensor. The proposed acquisition of fequipment will also benefit other research projectys in the interdisciplinary infrared optical engineering laboratory at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
