A memory upgrade for NCUBE parallel processor will be provided for researchers at Tufts University for research in the Department of Computer Science. The equipment is provided under the Instrumentation Grants for Research in Computer and Information Science and Engineering program. The equipment will be used for several research projects, including in particular: 1. Parallel Algorithms for Knowledge Representation 2. Machine Learning: Mapping and Integrating Analogical Models 3. Support Environment for Parallel Programs 4. VLSI Layout Algorithms 5. An Expert System that Identifies Damage in Structures
