This project, developed under the leadership of Loyola University of Chicago, is establishing the Chicago Prototype Center for Minorities. Cooperating institutions and organizations, in addition to Loyola include the following: Chicago State University, Northwestern University, the Chicago Public Schools, and the Chicago Urban League.
