This project, developed under the leadership of South Carolina State College, is establishing the South Carolina Prototype Center for Minorities. Cooperating institutions and organizations, in addition to the College, include the following: Benedict College, Claflin College, Clemson University, Morris College, Voorhees College, the University of South Carolina, the South Carolina Technical College System, the South Carolina Department of Education, and the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
