This is a reimbursable agreement with the Department of State to provide interpreter services in support of international cooperative S&T programs carried out by National Science Foundation. The Department of State will provide qualified interpreters for joint meetings or visits between the National Science Foundation and its foreign counterparts. The agreement will be used primarily to support the US/USSR Cooperative Science Research Program.
