This supplement funds the first year of a three-year continuing award for "Self-Sufficient Partnership for Research Program" for the Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Plastics Recycling at Rutgers University. The Center has met all the requirements for this program. The Program Manager recommends that Rutgers University be awarded $50,000 for the first year of a three-year continuing award.
