This is a contract for various support services to be provided by employees of National BioSystems, Inc. related to proposal handling, mailings to panelist and arrangements at panels meetings, award and declination processing, and data entry before and after the meetings of panels. These activities are related to the NSF/DARPA initiative describe in NSF's Announcement No. NSF-9319, oriented towards "Research on Human Language Technology." This is not an annual program but the award is intended as a one-time support effort for the three-year NSF/DARPA initiative during a period when regular staff support is dedicated to the processing of standard and continuing grants and other on-going duties.
