Abstract

In this project, the P.I will carry out planning activities as co- chairman of the Science Working Group for COARE (Coupled Ocean Atmospheric Response Experiment). Principal tasks include refinement of the scientific plan for COARE, Development of an implementation plan, and establishment of a COARE Project Office.
