This action is taken in accordance with Article 7 of Cooperative Agreement OCE 88-22860 "Replacement of the R/V CONRAD" which gives the Foundation the option to have title to the R/V MAURICE EWING (Ex BERNIER) vested in the U.S. Government upon completion of the Agreement. ***
