The contractor will independeltly provide support services and deliverables through performance of the provision of general content courseware and learning management systems services via a Federal program to provide Federal agencies the capability of e-learning and other computer and web enabling assistance.
The Pilot Project began July 2005 for usability testing for OIG. The budget period started April 4, 2006 through December 3, 2006. This award is to fund $1,309 for the budget period.
