This award provides financial support to help defray the cost of the publication of the papers for the 1989 Particle Accelerator Conference in the October 1989 issue of the IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science and the American Physical Society Bulletin. The subject of the meeting will be new developments in the science, technology and use of accelerators. The reports and participation will be from laboratories throughout the world.
