This will be a joint Indo-U.S. workshop on string theory to be held at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bombay for August 29-31, 1996. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss recent developments in string theory. The topics to be covered include duality symmetries in string theory, non-critical strings, black holes, and gauge theory.
