Theoretical studies of the collisions of Positrons with simple atomic systems are undertaken to enhance our understanding of the interaction of three charged particles. The problem is particularly difficult due to the real or virtual formation of Positronium and the results of the calculations are of importance to our understanding of positron annihilation in solar flares and the galactic center.
