The Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee provides leadership for the U.S. Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Program (AMAP). NOAA functions as the U.S. Secretariat to the AMAP program. Funds are provided via this interagency transfer for publication of the state of the Arctic Environment Report and the AMAP Arctic Assessment Report.
