The Study to Understand the Natural History of HIV and AIDS (SUN Study) will assemble a longitudinal, multicenter cohort of HIV-infected persons in routine outpatient care who will be monitored intensively for metabolic complications of antiretroviral therapy and the emerging diseases associated with these complications and with longer survival.
