Effect of Sleep Apnea and Sleep Deprivation on Aqueous Humor Flow

Abstract

To determine if endogenous catecholamines are responsible for the circadian rhythm of aqueous humor flow. Subjects with severe symptomatic obstructive sleep apnea will be studied employing the method of fluorophotometry.
