This contract is for the establishment of a core Statistical and Clinical Coordinating Center (SCCC) to provide scientific, technical and operational expertise as required for: assisting in the design of clinical trials, assisting in the implementation of the trials, developing and handling all data from the trials and analyzing the data generated. These tasks will be used to support a network of clinical sites conducting contraceptive development and evaluation studies that will be called the Clinical Network for Contraceptive Research (CNCR). The SCCC will also provide the logistical support for all committee/board meetings. When needed, the SCCC will also develop and maintain a system for tracking of specimens.
