Determine cellular immune responses using state-of-the-art technologies, for example, ELISPOT, intracellular cytokine staining, or tetramer staining, and assess the specificity of the CD8+ responses (intra and inter-subtype cross-reactivity). 4. Map CTL epitopes restricted by HLA types.5. Measure and map CD4 T helper cell responses. 6. Characterize neutralizing antibody responses of viral isolates.7.
