Abstract

Public Health Relevance

The requested supplement is to purchase an autoclave. Autoclaving is critical to this project because each aim uses recombinant proteins. This will be the only autoclave in the building that houses the PI's lab; acquisition of this autoclave will ensure continued research progress for this project and will also benefit other researchers with labs in the building.
