Achieving conformance with the Manufactured Food Regulatory Program Standards by developing and maintaining best practices for a high quality regulatory program for the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) Division of Food Protection will enhance the State and Federal food safety agencies ability to reduce foodborne illness hazards in food/feed plants.
