Supplemental funding is provided to expand the attendance of students, post-docs, and junior faculty at the 1993 Gordon Conference on Catalysis. Topics to be discussed at the conference include catalyst synthesis, catalyst characterization, catalyst performance, modern characterization techniques, computer simulations of catalyst behavior, and environmental catalysis.
