DP2GM105453?01 MYONG; SUA GRANT TRANSFER APPLICATION PROJECT NARRATIVEOur proposal involves developing novel single molecule platforms which allow quantitative andstepwise analysis of RNAi pathway and opens a new way of assessing and predicting siRNAefficacy. When engineered into a device; such technique can be adopted by research laboratoriesand clinical practices for designing siRNA for high silencing potency for disease treatment.
