The NIH operates and maintains the NIH Electronic Council Book and the NI EHS is transferring funds for the requested modifications for the use of th is. The purpose of this interagency agreement is to transfer $44,250 from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) to the NIH for information technology services performed by OER OD NIH for the modifications that are to be made for the NIH Electronic Council Book (ECB) that will permit non-extramural programs within an IC (in this case, NTP at NIEHS) to use the ECB to conduct their second level review meetings without causing a conflict with existing extramural meetings.
