The Administrative Core will provide leadership to facilitate integration of the Program Project by supporting each of the three research projects and the Microscopy Core. The Administrative Core has the following responsibilities: 1. Overall program management to promote interactions among project and core investigators 2. Program planning and evaluation, including coordination of interactions with internal and external advisory committee members 3. Budget preparation and financial management. Including scheduled fiscal reviews and financial reports 4. Ordering supplies 5. Personnel management (recruitment of technical staff, immigration documentation, health insurance and benefits) 6. Compliance with Institutional, state and federal requirements for health, biosafety, radiation safety, and animal protocols 7. Manuscript and progress report preparation, correspondence, photocopying 8. Travel arrangements 9. Organization of Advisory Committee meetings 10. Organization of seminars and meetings 11. Oversight of the Program Project shared network drive 12. Logistics for Model Organism and Data sharing
