There is a need for new proteomics technologies to enable production and screening of large structurally diverse peptide sets. We propose to develop a novel technology for synthesis and assaying of highly multiplexed sets of encoded peptides at low cost.

Public Health Relevance

The technology for production of large structurally diverse peptide sets that we are developing will enable large-scale discovery of specific peptide binders and enzymatic substrates. This is useful for identifying new drug targets and for drug development. It is also useful for the development of novel diagnostic and imaging tools, and therefore may result in medical advances in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
