The overall objective is to develop a quantitative, microplate-based sandwich immunoassay for 06-CMdG that has the accuracy, precision, sensitivity and throughput for use in epidemiological studies. The assay will be based on use of an 06-CMdG-specific monoclonal antibody for capture of the DNA adduct.
