Metastatic spread of cancer cells is the primary cause of death in cancer patients and developing therapeutic agents that kill primary and disseminated cancer cells is an important topic.
The aim of this project is to continue the development of a novel nanocapsule for the delivery of RNAi into tumor cells. Necessary studies to support the filing of an IND will be conducted. Potential off-targeting properties of the nanoencapsulated therapeutic will be investigated in tissue specimens.
