Abstract

Methylmalonic acidemia is a rare metabolic disorder. This is a case study to evaluate nutritional needs during maternal adaptation to pregnancy, assess the effects of the pregnancy on the underlying disorder and the effect of methylmalonic acidemia on the fetus.
