Single Oral Dose 3'-DEOXY-3'-Fluorothymidine (FLT) in HIV Positive Patients

Abstract

FLT is one of the most potent anti-HIV nucleosides studied in vitro and is up to ten times more potent than zidovudine (AZT) in inhibiting HIV and SIV. This project studies the pharmacokinetics of single oral doses of FLT in asymptomatic HIV-infected subjects.
