This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The researchers will look at how stress and physical activity might cause some women to have their babies too early. They will also look at how these things might cause some babies not to be as big as others when they are born. They also want to know if exercise at home helps reduce the effect of stress during pregnancy. This study will also help the researchers see if certain other health habits or experiences are related to early delivery.
