In today's 24-hour society, sleepiness and fatigue impair human performance regardless people's level of motivation, intelligence, education, aptitude or occupation. The current study aims to improve human performance by increasing the amount of sleep in individual who obtain less than 6.5 hr per night. This research may have important implications for job productivity, public health and safety.
