The blood vessels and hearts of most of these individuals do not work normally and diabetic individuals also are not as able to exercise as people without diabetes. The purpose of this study is to see whether temporarily increasing these same fats in the blood of healthy people to the same degree will temporarily cause the same changes in the way blood vessels work and in the ability to exercise. This will help us to understand ways of improving blood vessel function and the ability to exercise effectively in people who are overweight or have diabetes
