Comparison of One Versus Two Doses of Grapefruit Juice on Oral Cyclosporine

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of two identical doses of grapefruit juice on oral cyclosporine pharmacokinetics as compared to two different doses of grapefruit juice. This is now a DSL- only protocol.
