Abstract

To date this study has accrued 5 patients. Each patient has received three daily injections in the CRC and pharmacokinetic specimens have been collected for 12 hours after each injection. Two patients have required overnight stays in the CRC due to toxicities. This study is progressing well and there have been no severe or unexpected reactions to the treatments.
