This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The combination of bevacizumab, erlotinib and imatinib will be found to substantially improve the response to treatment over bevacizumab and erlotinib alone. ' To define tolerable dose levels of bevacizumab, erlotinib, and imatinib when used in combination. ' To evaluate the efficacy of this 3-drug combination in the treatment of patients with advanced clear cell renal carcinoma. The primary endpoint in this trial will be the objective response rate. Secondary endpoints will include progression-free survival and overall survival. ' To define the overall tolerability and toxicity of this 3-drug combination in advanced renal cell carcinoma.
