The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Hypothesis 1: In comparison to the general population, the prevalence of sleep disordered breathing in IPF is increased.Hypothesis 2:Treating OSA with CPAP therapy wil resolve excessive daytime sleepiness, lessen fatique, improve sleep quality, improve nocturnal saturations, improve nocturnal ventilation , and may impact survival.Hypothesis 3: Treating sleep apnea with CPAP therapy will lessen cough.
