Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.OBJECTIVE:To provide compassionate use of C225 administered to a single patient w/Menetrier's disease on a weekly basis at an initial loading dose of 400 mg/m2, followed by maintenance doses of 250 mg/m2 as long as there is evidence of reduction of symptoms and prevention of radical surgical intervention (total gastrectomy).
