The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The hypothesis to be tested is that hydroxychloroquine will reduce neutophils, active elastase, ad proinflammatory cytokines (without and increase in bacterial burden) in induced sputum after 4 weeks of therapy in patients with CF, and that it will increase the pH of exhaled breath condensate (EBC) collected at the same time points.
