Abstract

This is a trial of sublingual apomorphine for the treatment of motor fluctuations in patients with Parkinson's disease. Following an inpatient dose titration and a single-dose, double-blind treatment to evaluate initial side effects and efficacy, apomorphine will be used as adjunctive treatment for eight weeks.
