Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The purpose of this project is conduct a clinical study to evaluate the prevalence of, and the relation between, growth hormone deficiency, metabolic syndrome, obesity and endothelial impairment or other early signs of cardiovascular disease among survivors of childhood (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) ALL.
