To examine the effects of eight-week mild (i.e., walking) vs moderate (i.e. vigorous walking) exercise programs on fatigue, quality of life, and cytokine levels in breast cancer survivors as a pilot study. To document and compare feasibility, compliance and motivation of cancer survivors for regular exercise of two different intensities to relieve their fatigue as a pilot study.
